At Hardiko, we care about your satisfaction. If you’re not happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
- Return Window
You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. After 7 days, we unfortunately can’t offer a refund or exchange.
- Eligible Products for Return
We accept returns only if:
- The product is unused and in its original packaging.
- The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Clothing items must be unwashed and with original tags.
Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
- Customized or personalized products
- Return Process
To request a return:
- Email us at hpindia88@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Attach photos of the product if it’s damaged or defective.
- Our team will review and get back to you within 48 hours.
Once approved, we’ll guide you through the return pickup or drop-off.
- Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days, back to your original payment method.
- Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at hpindia88@gmail.com.
- Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (defective/wrong item), we’ll cover the shipping.
- For other reasons (change of mind, size issues), return shipping will be your responsibility.
